We use modular offsite manufacturing and have embraced the benefits of Modern Methods of Construction by developing a robust, precision-engineered freestanding solution for existing buildings. Our freestanding structures are an ideal alternative to traditional construction, and are manufactured offsite in our UK factory, ready for rapid assembly in any host building. They are engineered to support MEP services, fabric and architectural envelopes from the structural steel framework, making it an ideal solution for rapid installation within lightweight steel frame buildings with load bearing limitations.
We follow the engineering principle of Designed for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA), placing emphasis on manufacturing efficiencies. Every project we design is modulated to make the most of our materials and minimise waste during onsite assembly. All panels will be manufactured to fit your space and delivered ready for onsite assembly, with no additional construction work needed. This modular approach also makes the facility lifecycle easier to manage. Structures can be reconfigured, or simply dismantled, relocated or fully recycled with no dilapidations to the host building.
