MIDDAS partitioning systems can be customised with a wide range of accessories that integrate seamlessly with our walls, ceilings and doors. Our wide range includes options for flush dado rail, shelving, radiused stainless steel coving and more.
Flush Dado Rail
The requirement for a flush integrated dado within a cleanroom or controlled environment is a key design feature for smooth, ledge-free, wipe-clean surfaces. Our flush 3-compartment dado has been fully fire tested within our M100 system for a dual sided installation, allowing easy access to service cabling for maintenance and/or reconfiguration.
Recessed Hatches
We offer a range of flush recessed hatches for the integration of services within our partition systems. Our hatches allow services to be recessed, including large electrical sockets, compressed air outlets, gas valves and gauges, while maintaining a smooth, flush integration with wall panels.
Shelving
The design of the M100 and M200 systems allows for optional integrated shelving, finished in a range of powder coated finishes, stainless steel, wood or glass and engineered for loads up to 45kg per shelf, this innovative add-on storage option provides a simple and cost effective solution and maximises the flexibility of the wall system.
Coving
We offer flush aluminium ceiling coving for cleanrooms and controlled environments. The coving has a hygienic coating which can withstand rigorous cleaning regimes.
Emergency Breakout Panels
MIDDAS Breakout Panels have been designed to provide a quick escape from controlled environments. The lightweight panels take seconds to pop out, making it easy for personnel to get out of a cleanroom in the event of an emergency.
Pattresses
We offer the option for factory-formed panel cut outs to accommodate pattresses for distributed services.
Door Furniture
MIDDAS factory engineer door sets for the integration of standard door furniture and can accommodate bespoke requirements for alternative ironmongery and access controls to suit individual projects, including (but not limited to):

Magnetic Signage
The steel panel facing of the our systems provides a natural surface for incorporating magnetic accessories for hanging pictures, coats, fire extinguishers, notice boards etc. With a magnetic backing, hooks, wall plates and signs can all be installed without drilling into the finished panel surface, keeping the wall finish untouched. Accessories can also be relocated at any time by anyone (no maintenance required).
