M100 Fire Test – 120min<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n\n

As part of our continuous and extensive R&D programme,
\nwe have recently fire tested our M100 <\/a>performance wall system; achieving phenomenal results for a 100mm, fully relocatable steel wall.<\/p>\n

Our target performance was to achieve 60 minutes integrity & insulation to BS 476: Part 22, with a 20-30% overrun to allow for future development and assessment. The MIDDAS M100 solid wall actually achieved 95 minutes insulation and 120 minutes integrity.<\/p>\n

This was achieved through smart engineering of the stud members and removable panels, allowing us to use only standard gypsum wall board backing on our pre-coated panels and mineral fibre cavity insulation, eliminating the costly and hazardous ceramic materials of our competitors lesser performing systems.<\/p>\n
